Target: Tourism, Hospitality and F&B management, Business and Economics Teachers (EQF level 5 and higher)
Goals:
To present and share good practices of the use of simulators in teaching and training Hospitality and F&B management subjects.
Benchmarking experiences and software solutions
Presentation of one Simulator (CESIM)

10:00 Presentation “Portugal, the place to visit!” (EHTL students)
10:30 Introduction of participants and Information on “Enhancing training methodologies by the use of Simulators“ (Paulo Morais Vaz & Rui Santos)
11:30 Presentation of CESIM Simulator & Case Study (Andrés Velasquez)
Lunch at EHTL

4. Friday (day 2): 20/10
14:30 Guided tour through EHTL (EHTL students)
15:00 Exchange of good practices / successful teaching strategies in tourism, hospitality and F&B management (all participants)
17:30 Coffee break
18.00 Closing moment and presentation of Conclusions
21:00 Dinning in Lisbon – discover Portuguese wines & gastronomy

5. Saturday (day 3): 21.10
09.00 Departure from Lisbon to Cascais
10:30 Walking tour in Cascais
12:30 Visit to Hotel Mirage Cascais
13:30 Hotel Mirage
15:00 Visit to Sintra/Qta. Da Regaleira
17:30 Return to Lisbon
