2 HINTS!!! This is only 42 muscles out of over 600!!! You can do it! ** you need to learn ORIGIN, INSERTION, and MOVEMENT for your muscle group only Think about WHY they were named; you will retain the information longer if you can “reason it out” Practice EARLY and OFTEN, using different views (I will give you many; you can also use internet) Don’t spend so much time learning muscles that you forget microscopic muscle, sliding filament theory, types of body movements, etc. THIS IS GREAT STUFF TO LEARN- ENJOY THE PROCESS!!!
