Hi! My Name is Ms. Jennifer Burroughs. I will be your child’s 3rd grade teacher for the school year! This will be my 5th year teaching at Flowood Elementary and I am excited to make this the best year yet!
My Family!
My hometown is Shaw, MS. I grew up with a large Italian family in a little Delta town. I lived in Florida for 15 years, but missed my roots so I decided to move back to the “real” South. I have two beautiful daughters. Allie is a sophomore at Florida State University pursuing a law degree. Ava is in 5th grade here at Flowood Elementary. Her dream day would include playing soccer and Legos. They are the lights of my life!

I graduated cum laude with a Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education K-6 from the University of North Florida. I also graduated with an ESOL (English Speakers of Other Languages) Endorsement.
