2 COOLERS ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS LED Lighting Retrofit Kit COOLER
A standard ground order is shipped out to a customer within 24 hours of receipt. Orders should be entered via the Coca-Cola Parts web site at faxed, phoned, or ed CCP and identified with CCP part numbers. All shipments subject to availability. Orders should be placed to allow normal lead time for processing through Coca-Cola Parts and shipping via ground transportation to order specified location. When placing a new order, please provide: Account number Company name Ship-to street address (CCP cannot ship to a P.O. Box), city, state and zip code A contact name and any of the following methods of communications: telephone number, fax number, and/or address Quantities and CCP part numbers  Bill-to address, if different from the ship-to address Coca-Cola Parts takes parts orders between the hours 8:00 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday. CCP observes the holidays listed below; on these days we will ship emergency orders only. New Year’s Day Martin Luther King Jr. Day Memorial Day Fourth of July Labor Day Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day Freight Information: CCP pays the cost of ground freight for shipments within the continental United States and covers the cost of 2nd Day Air shipments to customers in Hawaii and Alaska.  CCP also covers the cost of expedited freight for shipments that address “customer down” scenarios and have valid work order numbers.  Please view the "Parts Shipping Process for Weekends & Holidays" section of "Policies and Procedures" to view the Service Provider and Senior Tech criteria for determining what is considered a "customer down" situation.  The cost for all other expedited shipping requests, such as 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, Saturday, or Same-Day delivery, will be billed back to the Service Provider on the parts invoice. Overnight Shipments: Stock orders for overnight shipments must be received at CCP by 7:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) Monday-Friday. Availability of next-day drop-ship service will vary based on supplier location and policy and freight carrier schedules. Contact Order Management at (800) to check on specific items. Expedited Shipping Examples  COOLER Imbera VR 12 (remanufactured) CHANNEL TBD COSTS Kits developed by DALB and funded by CCNA Marketing Research Funded by CCNA Kits to be installed at EFC (Atlanta) 15 – 20 minutes each Coolers for retrofit to be provided by CCFL, if desired, units will remain in field following the test Swap cost for 20 units to be provided by CCFL TEST 24 – 48 week history for area (.xls) will need to be submitted for 60 possible locations, K&I will select outlets (with CCFL input) to yield 20 test and 20 control locations ALL 40 Coolers must feature the same planogram and costs which should remain static throughout the test Volume data, by SKU must be submitted every four weeks Would be ideal if VR 12 or GDM 12 are the ONLY coolers located in the accounts Marketing Research firm will visit accounts weekly Possible consumer intercepts and store manager interviews OTHER Will require a Project Manager at CCFL to assist with data and any issues that may occur in the marketplace Telephone Orders: CCP customers may order by phone at (800) during normal working hours 8am - 7:30pm (EST) M - F.
