11 Learning to appreciate
Artists do not look at a landscape and ask what is wrong with the picture, their focus is to look for what is valuable. Strength matters

12 Have we ever thought? Large proportion of potentials is unused at individual and organizations level. What would happen if we can see and unleash some of these potentials?

13 A new way of thinking and doing is the most….
“No problem can be solved from the same level of thinking that created it. We must learn to see the world anew.” -Albert Einstein

14 How can we develop a new level of thinking?

15 Learning is the key…

16 “The illiterate of the 21st century will not be those who cannot read and write, but those who cannot learn, unlearn and relearn.” ~ Alvin Toffler

17 “Yesterday’s graduate stops learning today and becomes uneducated tomorrow”
-Unknown

18 Unlearning is also equally important

19 Attitude learning to change
I am too old to learn. Learning is restricted to schools & colleges only. Because we get degree/diploma certificate. Nobody is a potential source of learning for me. If I learn, I will be over burdened with work.

20 Negative attitude Criticizing organisation in public places Always find faults in the organisation Taking job casually Hiding capacity to perform Setting low targets

21 continuous Concealing information from others
Ganging up against someone Generating false report to please top management Preference for comforts and pomp & show Never serious about performance

22 Kind of “Glasses of listening and learning” that people generally carry

23 FACTORS THAT DETERMINE OUR ATTITUDE
1. ENVIRONMENT 2. EXPERIENCE 3. EDUCATION In a positive environment, a marginal performer’s output goes up. And in a negative environment, a good performer’s output goes down.

24 ! IT IS THE ATTITUDE THAT MAKES US GO UP.

33 All blame is a waste of time
All blame is a waste of time. No matter how much fault you find with another, and regardless of how much you blame him, it will not change you. WAYNE DYER Coauthor of How to Get What You Really, Really, Really, Really Want

34 NLP Principles We do not experience the world as it is – we experience a model of the world. The map is not the territory. Must to have respect for other people's model of the world. I control my mind and thus my results. There is no failure, only feedback.

IF AN EGG BREAKS FROM WITHIN LIFE BEGINS. GREAT THINGS ALWAYS BEGIN FROM WITHIN.
