11/1/2017 1:36 AM FastTrack Benefit Hello my name is Rhonda Klekar and I am a OCDM in our South Central sub-region.. Today we’ll be demystyifing FastTrack and talking about the benefits it can provide for you, the partner, and your customers. We’ve taken the guess work out of how to get to the cloud, by providing people, processes and tools to deploy and adopt cloud technologies. 2 FastTrack – Benefits to the Partners
This is not just a customer-direct offering; partners can work with these resources as well. Partners or customers can initiate the start of the program. If we find that the customer has a dedicated partner of record or someone they currently work with, the customer will be encouraged to bring them into the conversations and planning. Partners, like the direct customers, are provided a dedicated program and technical contact for each project with each customer. If you “don’t have time” to complete the assessment steps with the customer, outsource that portion to the FastTrack team while you work on the more complex portions of your customer’s projects. If you have a highly technical or out of the ordinary customer project, utilize the program to create the best plans and directions, and use the technical contact to help drive through planning and deployement, etc.

3 11/1/2017 1:36 AM Eligible Services If you purchase any of the following services through an eligible plan, Microsoft will help you onboard them. Customers can get help through the Office 365 admin center, your partner, or the FastTrack site. Customer admins can go to the Setup page in the Office 365 admin center and clicks Ask for Microsoft account team and partners can request the assistance from the FastTrack site from the list of available services. FastTrack can be used for initial onboarding and can be used again to deploy further services. The on-premises environment must pass the FastTrack center checks to obtain the services. Office 365 Exchange Online SharePoint Online Skype for Business Online Yammer Enterprise Office 365 ProPlus One Drive for Business Project Online Enterprise Mobility Suite Intune Azure RMS Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) Premium FastTrack is not just about O365 anymore! Look at all of the standalone offerings we can provide support for as well. In addition to these added services, please note that you can reengage with the onboarding center each time you are ready to deploy a new offering. As long as the minimum requirements are met, you can use the service to complete a customer’s entire project plan and implementation, beyond just O365. © Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved.

4 11/1/2017 1:36 AM Requirements Office 365* Eligible plans: Office 365 Enterprise (E1, E3, E4, E4, E5, K1); Office 365 Government (E1, E3, E4, K1); Office 365 Nonprofit (E1, E3); Office 365 Business (Business; Business Essentials; Business Premium); Office 365 Nonprofit Business (Business Essentials; Business Premium). Eligible standalone plans: Exchange Online (Plan 1, Plan 2, Kiosk, Advanced Threat Protection); OneDrive for Business with Office Online; Power BI; Skype for Business Online (Plan 1, Plan 2, Cloud PBX, PSTN Calling, PSTN Conferencing); Yammer Enterprise; Project Online with Project Pro for Office 365. Office 365 for Education may be eligible by exception request. Other requirements 50+ seats for FastTrack Center engagement. Meet expectations for your source environment. If integration of services is required, then your source environment must be at a minimum level for that application. Additional benefit eligibility 20,000+ seats are eligible for additional benefits from FastTrack. Enhances technical onboarding and adoption activities from FastTrack. Additional benefits detailed in service description and this deck. You’ll see that we’ve also added more than just our initial for business, that we have added qualifying skus for government and non-profits. Please note that for your education customers may be eligible through an exception process. While there is a minimum of 50 seats to qualify for resources and guidance, customers must be over 150 seats to actually qualify for program support and dedicated project members. * Office 365 Dedicated and ITAR(federal) plans are ineligible. © Microsoft Corporation. 5 11/1/2017 1:36 AM Engagement phases FastTrack Center engagement will guide you through this process Initiate Assess Remediate Enable Data migration Initiate The FTC will lead a kick-off meeting to initiate the process and ensure alignment of the desired outcome and begin planning to drive use of the service. Assess Engage your adoption team in interactive success planning calls to identify areas to plan for successful adoption. The FTC will work with your IT team to evaluate your source system and formulate required remediation activities to progress. Remediate The customer completes the remediation tasks based to meet the requirements for onboarding, adopting, and migrating each service as needed. The FTC will jointly verify the outcomes of the remediation activities to make sure you’re ready to proceed. Enable In this phase the FTC will help you configure the core infrastructure for service consumption, provisioning Office 365, and conducting the activities to drive service adoption. The activities complete the phase support your selected technical workloads to meet your desired outcomes. Data migration The FTC provides guidance on steps for data migration to Office We help you by using a combination of tools, documentation, and guidance, and by performing configuration tasks where applicable and feasible. The data migration services are available to customers with 150 or more seats of Office 365. Initiate- the kickoff meeting to initiate the process and ensure alignment to both desired outcomes and driving the use of the services. Assess— This interactive success planning meeting is done to help drive the capabilities of the eligible services purchased. We consider bandwidth requirements, network, infrastructure and identify systems in the source environment to determine if the customer is prepared to make the transition. Remediate – Based on your current setup, we provide a remediation plan that brings the source environment up to the minimum requirements for successful onboarding.. Enable – We help you configure the core infrastructure for service consumption, O365 provisioning and the drive of service adoption. Data Migration – Guidance on the steps to complete data migrations from varying sources whether it’s older MSFT products, Google, Lotus, etc. MSFT will only provide this service for customers larger than 150. © Microsoft Corporation.
