5. Training Enumeration Stage
A comprehensive training plan was prepared, which targeted two types of trainees:
Training of trainers: training a number of expertise staff to become trainers
Focus group
Small training hall
Daily brain-storm meeting
Exams
Selection
Training of enumerators: training the staff who will carry out field operations.
- One week training on the classifications and definitions used in the Questionnaire.
One week training on how to fill the electronic questionnaire on the tablets.
Extended for one month

Number of blocks: Comparing the number between office work and field work.
Number of buildings: Comparing the number between office work and field work.
Achievement and coverage percent for buildings and dwellings and households in the counting stage based on BI.
Pre-design Dashboard: Population size, Sex ratio, Average household size, population Pyramid.
BI: Dynamic Reports designed by the statisticians: Crosstab and Relations between the Questionnaire Fields by the geographic divisions

15. Challenges Vs Overcome
How to Overcome
No data transmission coverage in some areas (No 3G)
Using the (WIFI) in the centers (100 Centers)
Can’t record the coordinates (GPS) of buildings, especially in mountainous areas
Expand the distance
Counting tents in the desert areas
Disabling the GPS and counting them with the nearest Block (EA)
Counting the collective dwellings (Hotels, jails, … etc.) and crossing points and airports
Some of the collective dwellings were counted through an excel files extracted from their data bases.
Cross points and airports: a number of tablets were used taking into Consideration the size of work there.
Counting the Refugees’ Camps
A) UNHCR maps were used to divide the camps into statistical units (EAs)
B)  Remove fear among the refugees through media campaigns.
Tablets distribution
A plan were prepared for this purpose
