In the following, you will see examples of how to use online dictionaries. Different sites are presented, because you rarely find all the needed information on one site. Looking for meanings, opposites (antonyms), synonyms etc. is sometimes like detective work. Be patient and use your own judgement – do not believe everything you see on the net… Often the first alternative isn’t the best one! Click on any button to start. You can also move backwards and forwards in this PPT-presentation by using the arrow (-> <-) buttons on your keyboard.
