Slavery ● Slaves used to be treated very bad ● Slaves were sometimes sold at the slave market ● It was very hard to find a nice master ● Slaves were not aloud to know their birthdays ● Slaves sometimes got separated from their families ● Slaves sometimes just got whipped ● Slaves got whipped if they misbehaved ● Slaves could be passed down from generations ● Slaves just got basic food

Harriet Tubman Harriet Tubman didnt take no stuff Wasnt scared of nothin neither Didnt come in this world to be no slave And wasnt going to stay one either ''Farewell she sang to her friends one night She was mighty sad to leave 'em But she ran away that dark hot night Ran looking for her freedom She ran to the woods and ran through the woods With the slave catchers right behind her And she kept on going till she got to the north Where thoses mean men could'nt find her

4. Harriet Tubman Nineteen times she went back South To get three hundred others She ran for her freedom nineteen times To save black sisters and brothers Harriet Tubman didnt take no stuff Wasnt scared of nothing neither Didnt come in this world to be no slave And didnt stay one either

6. Henry Brown That was a picture of Henry Brown, Henry Brown was only one of the very few slaves that escaped from their master. Here is a short summary of his life story Henry brown was a slave. One day Henry's master told him he was going to give Henry to his son.When Henry arrived he was treated very badly. One day he decided to get into a box and his friend helped him to be sent to Pensylvania' where there was no slaves.Henry lived there until his death. The End
