6 To accept our application for one year, we had to make these changes: We no longer can get paid for PLC meetings – this means PLC meetings can be held right before school and right after school. Each PLC will have a general goal. Each member will create a Smart Goal aligned to the PLC general goal. If the member achieves his/her goal, he/she will earn $520. The 1 st Portfolio will be similar to what LC did in the past The 2 nd Portfolio will be taped by a trained observer. A new Rubric and Sliding Scale was developed. Payment will be given for Action Research (Monthly Strategy) Reflection.

7 These changes will help: with the resubmitting of our application by May 15, 2013. with the alignment to the Statue 2010, Section 14, Subdivision 8, which will be implemented next year.
