RMGRR126 RMS Consideration RMGRR126, Additional ERCOT Validations for Customer Billing Contact Information File ◦ This Retail Market Guide Revision Request (RMGRR) requires ERCOT to validate that the submitting Competitive Retailer’s (CR’s) DUNS Number (DUNS #) and the Electric Service Identifiers (ESI IDs) provided in the Customer Billing Contact Information file are valid in the ERCOT registration system.  Reason for revision: Market efficiencies or enhancements  10/28/14: Unanimously Approved by RMS. ◦ 12/02/14 Impact Analysis: ERCOT requested and recommended that IA vote be tabled for additional review of their IA process; ERCOT planned to provide manual and automated process cost estimates within the IA for RMS consideration. Need to come back with two IAs both the manual and automated process estimates. Revised IA will come back to RMS in January or February 2015 ◦ 01/06/15: RMGRR126 continued to be tabled at RMS. RMGRR127 RMS Consideration RMGRR127, Efficiencies for Acquisition Transfer ◦ This Retail Market Guide Revision Request (RMGRR) removes the date restriction from ERCOT for self-selected Acquisition Transfer transactions.  Reason for revision: Market efficiencies or enhancements  12/02/14: Motion to approve as submitted by ERCOT was Unanimous. IA will be returned to RMS during the January 6, 2015 meeting. ◦ 01/06/15: Impact Analysis Review:  Less than $10k, which will be absorbed by the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) budgets of affected department.  RMS unanimously Approved RMGRR127 Impact Analysis as submitted. ◦ 01/29/15 TAC meeting: RMGRR127 can take effect within four to six months after Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) approval January 14, 2015RMS Update to COPS4

RMGRR128 RMS Consideration RMGRR128, Reinstate Critical Care Status After Resolution of an Inadvertent Gain (Vote) ◦ This Retail Market Guide Revision Request (RMGRR) provides guidelines for a Competitive Retailer (CR) to request that a Transmission and/or Distribution Service Provider (TDSP) restore a critical care status to an Electric Service Identifier (ESI ID) that may have been removed from the ESI ID due to an inadvertent gain.  01/06/15: RMGRR128 Motion to Table was Unanimously Approved by RMS —During RMS CRs discussed that TDSPs’ have the responsibility to reinstate Critical/Chronic Care (CC) status flag without CR input or a MarkeTrak notification. Language in RMGRR128 will need to be modified to support this new process.  Action Item for TDSPs: Discuss CRs’ request for additional process changes to RMGRR128 to support CC reinstatements. 6. NPRR668, Submission Approval NPRR668, Update to TX SET Implementation Guide Process (Vote) ◦ This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) updates the change control process for the Texas Standard Electronic Transaction (TX SET) Implementation Guides to clarify classification of change requests and to remove redundant and outdated language.  12/02/14: NPRR668 was tabled at the request of RMS to include additional clarification to TX SET Change Control’s dispute process, TX SET’s Protocol definitions and to include normal timeline process for TX SET Change Controls.  01/06/15: NPRR668 was unanimously endorsed by RMS with TX SET’s edits and comments. Retail Testing Environment (Vote) RMS Leadership directed TDTWG to draft SCR that includes examples of current testing limitations, issues and market requirements (specifications) needed for new Retail Market PROD Test Region.  ◦ No vote necessary at this point by RMS! 8. 2015 Retail Service Level Agreement (SLA) Due to last minute changes that were drafted by ERCOT to move from a 45-day to 15-day RMS notification for SLA exception notification, RMS agreed we would postpone this vote to allow MPs more time to review redlined edits and also for TDTWG discussion and/or recommendations.  Action Item: Market Participants’ will need to review ERCOT’s redlined changes to 2015 Retail Service Level Agreement to determine if new timelines can be supported.  RMS postponed vote on draft 2015 Retail SLA January 14, 2015RMS Update to COPS8
