7. CSL Project Act (4 paragraphs Min) –Actual proof of project completion –Must include learning logs Entry for each 30 minute time period Step by step process You perceptions of the events Skills that you are using Knowledge MUST INCLUDE A PARENT SIGNATURE

CSL Project Follow Up (Community service) –1-2 page paper –12 point font, double spaced, essay format –Describe the project briefly including the planning –Analyze project successes and problems –Suggestions for improvement –Discuss additional projects that could be completed –How project relates to class and skills learned –Thank you letters
