Suspect Diagnosis if… Patient has one of the following Fever and/or shaking chills Laboratory evidence of an inflammatory response AND one of the following Jaundice Abnormal liver chemistries Diagnosis is definite when…meet criteria for a suspected diagnosis and also has… Biliary dilatation on imaging Evidence of an etiology on imaging (ie stone)
