2. My Question´s  How does massage work to relax muscles?  What kind of massage is the most used?  For how long do you need a massage until you´re relaxed?  Who found out the massage?  Is there a special age for getting massage?  What do you call the person that gives massages?

3. How does massage work to relax muscles? Therapist uses special tools to knead, rub and stroke muscles. Blood is the key to help muscles to eliminate waste products that may get into muscles from causing pain! Trauma makes muscles may act as mini- splints to protect and limit motion almost like a cast on a broken arm, or like a person that is sitting the whole day behind the computer without stretch the neck. And the result is: a stiff neck, aching, even pain. Taking breaks to rub (mini-massage) and stretch the neck will make the blood circle faster around the body.

4. What kind of massage is the most used? The Swedish massage, it´s known almost all around the world from Sweden to north America. Swedish massage is the most Commonly offered and best-known type of massage. If it's yourmassage. first time at the spa, Swedish massage is the perfect place to startfirst time at the spa

5. For how long do you need a massage until you´re relaxed? It depends on how much pain you have. You can also get massage when you are really stressed.

6. Who found out the massage? J.J. Smith Do you have to be a special age for getting massage? There is not a special age for getting massage, some people get it when they are old and some when they are younger, even babies of 2 weeks old can get massage!

7. What do you call a person that gives you massages. The person that gives a massage is called a therapist The person that gives a massage is called a therapist.

9. How do you feel when you get a massage? Do you feel something different? Yes I do feel a differents, I feel relaxed and afterwoods I have less pain.

10. For how long would you like to have a massage? I would love to have a massage for maximum 20 minutes.

11. Would you like to have a massage every day for that long? That would be lovely, but maybe not every day. Maybe twice a week.

12. Would you like to go to a massage place or would you like to have a massage at home? I would like to go to a massage place. WHY: If someone in my family would like to give me a massage I would stay home instead.

13. Would you really go to a massage place and pay? Yes!WHY: Because it´s worth the money if it´s done by a professional !
