5 What is CQUIN? With support from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, ICAP is launching a multi-country learning network to advance differentiated care The HIV Coverage, Quality & Impact Network – Fostering south-to-south learning and experience- sharing (workshops, exchange visits, conferences) – Providing technical assistance with needs assessments, program design, QI, M&E etc.

6 Illustrative Network Activities Needs assessments and mapping of DC activities Fostering support for DC amongst stakeholders Technical assistance with selecting/designing DC models, building on the IAS toolkit Hands-on implementation assistance for QI collaboratives to enhance DC services South-to-south workshops, meetings, site visits Adaptation of M&E strategies and tools
