A reward program which is dedicated to you AFKL Global Meetings event Skyteam Global Meetings event* Every 20 transported LH tickets = 1 free LH ticket excl. taxes** with AF or KL flights Max 5 LH tickets LH : Long Haul –MH : Medium Haul –SH : Short Haul If the event is located in: France or Netherlands: From 50 international transported tickets (residual LH + MH) = 1 free MH ticket excl. taxes Others countries: From 40 international transported tickets (residual LH + MH) = 1 free MH ticket excl. taxes The SH tickets are not accounted AF/KL Global Meetings example : an event arranged in France generating 70 flown tickets, 25 LH tickets and 45 MH tickets, will provide to the organizer : 1 free LH ticket (corresponding to the first 20 LH tickets) and also 1 free MH ticket (corresponding to the last 5 LH tickets + the 45 MH tickets). (*) The organizer makes his demand directly on Skyteam’s air carrier of his choice (**) For an AFKL Global Meetings event, the free tickets are usable only on the flight operated by Air France & KLM

8. Choose your dedicated agency ! An agency dedicated to the ticketing for your participants:  All the IATA agencies authorized by ourselves have the right to issue the Global Meetings tickets  You work with a particular agency: ask us its authorization!  Your agency can become the « Organizer » of the event and take care of all the registration process

10. A simplified and secured access for your participants! 11. Preferential fares! The discounts are available on a range selection of booking classes. Preferential fares are available +/- 5 days before and after the event The travel has to contain at least one day during the event
