Total 13 Qty reported All Across India,where product replacement is done ProblemExcess ice formation in freezer section Analysis & Action Problem reported : Excess ice formation in freezer section Earlier Model 190L FF was Dropped due to the capillary chocking, Earlier glass heater was used, now heater location got changed. Hence after feedback from field, Secondary Heated will be used in future production. Countermeasure : Temp.Counter Measure is given where the heater needs to be installed at the freezer section. 2. STEP 1 Countermeasure :Methodology for fixing Al. Foil Heater in 202 (190L FF) Models. 1.11.2 1.1. Remove screw of the front panel and take out the front panel assembly. 1.2. Disconnect the fan motor wire assembly and keep aside. STEP 2 2.12.2 2.32.4 2.1. Just lift up the capillary and suction tube joint carefully. 2.2. Lift up evaporator from RHS side slightly upper side. 2.3. Lift up evaporator from LHS side slightly upper side. 2.4. Remove the evaporator outside to insert the Al. Heater inside the drain pan.

3. Methodology for fixing Al. Foil Heater in 202 (190L FF) Models. STEP 3 3.1. Remove the peel off paper from the adhesion tape of Al. Heater. 3.2. Bend the Al. Heater in 90° angle. 3.3. Insert and paste the Al. Heater inside at drain pan. 3.4. Check the heater hole matching and paste Al. Tape at the top side. 3.3 3.13.2 3.4 STEP 4 4.1. Press and refit the evaporator back to original position. 4.2. Align the evaporator from RHS side and check no gap to liner. 4.3. Align the evaporator from LHS side and fit properly. 4.4. 4. Methodology for fixing Al. Foil Heater in 202 (190L FF) Models. STEP 5 5.1. Take the sub wire assembly and connect all the connection as per the shown in picture 5.1. 5.2. All connections to be kept on accumulator to avoid HV fail due to wire cut touching to evaporator. Note: Check all the electrical connections for ensure no continuity 5.2 STEP 6 6.1. Reconnect the fan motor connection as per picture 6.1. 6.2. Re fix the Front Panel properly and check if any fan sound. 6.16.2 END Al.
