20. VLADO DAVEROV VLADO DAVEROV was born in 1948 in the city of Pleven. He is an author of several short stories collections and the novels "Yesterday", "Kennedy", "Excited and Wild", "The Life of the others". He’s also an author of the scripts of several Bulgarian feature films. Most of his works are translated in all European languages.

Shown is the ferocious competition within the top classes in Bulgarian society, which was otherwise supposed to be class-free. Shown is also the inequality in a society where everyone was supposed to be equal. Shown is the impending sexual revolution in a country that was often hypocritical about sexual issues.
