5. Purpose To clarify contractual and technical requirements and identify potential problems concerning this solicitation

6. Instructions Please sign the attendance sheet. Please remember that all information and Questions shall be submitted through the DART Procurement Supplier Portal. Questions, answers, statements made during the conference shall not change or modify the solicitation unless they are issued as a written amendment to the solicitation.

7. Instructions (continued) We will try to answer all questions, however questions that need more research will be answered in a future amendment to the solicitation.

8. Risk Management – Nery Armbruster Nery Armbruster will address any issues you might have concerning insurance. Please keep in mind that any questions regarding insurance must be submitted through the DART Procurement Supplier Portal.

9. Insurance Automobile Liability - $1,000,000 per occurrence. DART named additional insured with a deductible not to exceed $2,500.00. Commercial General Liability - $2,000,000 per occurrence, $2,000,000 aggregate, $2,000,000 products. DART named additional insured. Worker’s Compensation – statutory/$500,000 Professional Liability – limits of less than $5,000,000 Employer Liability. Waiver of Subrogation in favor of DART.

10. EO – Tina Johnson Ms. Tina Johnson will discuss EO’s goal requirements for this solicitation. Any questions for Tina shall be submitted through the DART Procurement Supplier Portal and I will ensure that Tina provides a response.

12. Review of the RFP Solicitation, Offer, and Award Form * This form is required to be returned with your offer. Schedule * Schedule needs to be signed, dated and return with offer. Exhibit A - Representations and Certifications * Exhibit needs to be completed in full and return with your offer. Exhibit B –Special Solicitation, Instructions and Conditions * Proposals shall be initially evaluated and ranked on the basis of evaluation factors stated in Exhibit B, paragraph 8.
