2. Location of Hyperion Brio Dashboard reports Note: Most users will not see all the directories or files listed here. 2

3. 1-Budget vs. Actuals Dashboard Sign-in should be the same as Banner INB (not BannerWeb). Unless the user is working with Breadloaf, Language Schools, or Summer Language Programs, first two check boxes on the right can be ignored. Check the third if you want to review revenue as well. 3

4. 1-Budget vs. Actuals Dashboard (contd.) Can only be used for one fund and org combination at a time. Year must be entered as four digits User can choose only a specific account code or activity code, but “All” is the best default. Display will bring it up on screen, export will send it to excel, but note that a different report option must be chosen in the drop-down on the bottom left for that option. Click “process”. 4

6. 2-Account Activity Dashboard Process for accessing is identical, screen by screen, to the Budget vs. Actuals dashboard. Results display, by account, the details of what items have posted to YTD Actuals for the chosen fund and org combination. 6

7. 3-Budget to Actual 2 Year Comparison Dashboard It may also be useful to use dashboard #3, which compares two years of data for a chosen fund/org combination. For this dashboard, on the report Parameters page, in the first drop-down a user must choose a two year range for which fiscal years to compare. 7
