2 Feedback from last event BMH website improvement –new Communications Officer developing this - still open to feedback Public events –CASS & SLT collaborating to coordinate multiple demands with 14 BMH services BMH Overview Leaflet –The BMH directory ‘slinky’ Newsletter –Review of 3 to create 1 combined monthly newsletter Individual services engagement –Reinvigorating the BMH Communications Network - hoping for ideas from you today on engaging with VCS partners

3 Feedback from last event Evaluation and feedback –All services (well nearly all) undertaking their own evaluation and independent system leadership evaluation from University of Birmingham that is currently taking place. Reports expected over next 3-6 months Service User and Carer engagement –Lynne Newbury started in November 2015 and has working hard to raise the profile and importance of Service User and Carer involvement across BMH. Access to services –Challenged by significantly increased referrals in first year of new services –'No Wrong Door‘ project has evolved into a best practice 'way of working‘ Improving working relationships with Primary Care BMH Staff understanding BMH and the wider system and Customer Service training Better communication with external partners Staff engagement –Two cross system inductions for new staff in Sep & Dec 2015 –new induction needed to be designed that includes existing staff
