9. 9 SBEA Financial Incentives  Up to 40% of installed cost of lighting measures (effective 8/06/09)  Up to 50% of installed cost of LED and Induction lighting measures (effective 8/06/09)  Up to 40% of installed cost of non-lighting measures (effective 1/1/09)  Comprehensive Initiative  2 or more measures with the 2 nd measure being at least 15% of the total energy savings  Incentive based on the lesser of the following: 1. Up to 50% of installed cost 2. Buy-down to a 2 year payback 3. Energy savings up to.50/kWh + $700/kW
