2.  Read Finance Guidelines (Article VI of the By-laws)  Fill out Mid-Year Budget and email to Derek  Meet with the Finance Committee  Finance Committee will make a recommendation to the Student Senate  Student Senate will allocate funds  Organizations that fall under block budgets cannot apply for mid-year funding from Student Senate. You must go to your block budget MID-YEAR BUDGETING PROCESS
