Need for Grant Funding Suitable energy efficiency City project:Suitable energy efficiency City project: –Upgrade the lighting in the Southlake Town Square East Parking Garage similar to the upgrades authorized at the Nov. 3, 2009 Council session for the West Parking Garage; –Currently, no funding is allocated to improving the energy efficiency of the East Parking Garage; Estimated cost is $86,200.
