Initials, Inc. Joyce Davis 12/8/14 PASSION TO REALITY

Attitudes and Traits The first would be: Have the passion for my business idea. I believe you have to really like or love what you do to become successful. To become a successful entrepreneur.

Attitudes and Traits Second, I would have to say it would be to; have the willingness to sacrifice my time and money and of course my effort to become successful business owner. I have done direct sales before and it is not easy to become successful you have to be able to sacrifice a lot of time and effort into it to become a successful business. I am a self- starter and very organized person so that helps for me. To become a successful entrepreneur.

Attitudes and Traits Third, a sense of what the marketplace wants and needs. I have been working for the public and in the retail business for most of my life and I know what they are looking for. One, a bargain and two, quality merchandise and finally good customer service. To become a successful entrepreneur,

Attitudes and Traits Fourth, Patience and more patience. Knowing that I am the key to my success I have to be able to grow my business month by month to become successful it will not happen overnight. You know what they say “ those who wait will get what they want”. To become a successful entrepreneur.

Executive Summary My business is a direct sales business that is in partner with DSA Initials, Inc. Opportunities – new customers that have never heard of my product, social media, great quality products. Threats – competition is from a local company but there quality has gone down since they went large, styles change hoping that the Initials,Inc. company can keep up with them and continue to put out a great product.

The Four P’s and Marketing Product – Price – Place- Promotion Product- selling quality products that you can use daily Price – have the product at a good price to be comparable to the completion Place – sell on a personal level not in a store. (home parties) Promotion – give monthly specials and offer benefits to the customer that lets me come into there home for home parties. Also give a discount to all referrals from my customers.

Customers and Market Research Customers are your bread and butter. You must treat them with respect and kindness. Asking your customers if there is anything that you can do better for them is a good way to improve your business. I like to write a hand-written Thank you to all my customers and I sometimes throw in a discount if they are one of my recurring customers. When you do have a complaint make sure you take care of it immediately.

They offer you free training if you have never been in been in direct sales. Also I will be there to help you in any way. The product speaks for itself, once you get a chance to show it, it will sell. The quality can not be compared to the competition it is a better product overall. I would let them know the out come and benefits of growing your business and being self-employed. Working your own hours and parting with friends and getting to know wonderful people.
