Get out your Thesaurus! 4 Boolean Logic –AND, OR, sometimes NOT 4 Limits –Full Text, Scholarly (Peer Reviewed), Date, etc. 4 Truncating –searching multiple variants of word –EX: nurs* = nurse, nurses, nursing, etc. –Can be different symbols #, $, * etc. Each database will be different
