Employee’ Job Satisfaction Survey Rigsrevisionen 2008 Recent development Druskininkai, 5 September 2008 Senior Auditor Roman Śmigielski

Employee’ Job Satisfaction Survey WHY? Happy and committed employees come up with more ideas and invest more time and energy in the company. This creates competitiveness and results.

Employee’ Job Satisfaction Survey The employees’ perception The employees’ job satisfaction and loyalty are the result of a number of factors related to the employees’ perception of the job and the workplace.

European Employee Index®

Employees Are Divided into Five Categories Based on the results of the survey, the employees are divided into five categories according to their commitment and faithfulness. This division offers a unique opportunity to verify that not too many employees are on the verge of leaving the company, and that the company instead has more than its fair share of fiery advocates, which is the group of employees that all companies want to have in abundance!

The Five Employee Categories FIERY ADVOCATE Fiery advocates are willing to make an extra effort and are proud to work for the company. The combination of a high degree of faithfulness and commitment makes these fiery advocates highly valuable employees.

The Five Employee Categories SOLID CITIZEN Solid citizens typically constitute the largest share of the employees in the company and thus often reflect the average employee.

The Five Employee Categories INDIVIDUALIST Individualists are committed to their work, but not as inclined to think that they will be employed with the company two years ahead. Individualists are, for example, employees with a great need for new challenges.
