1 It is shown that in group of workers with chronic toxic bronchitis reliable depressing of CD4 (to 36,14±8,39%), was noted by CD8 (to 9,64±5,73%) at increase of CD3 and CD20 of cages. The analysis of cell-like composition of peripheral blood in this group of the surveyed allowed to reveal increase in quantity of leukocytes and monocytes (p ˂ 0,05). Therefore, workers with a chronic berylliosis have T-lymphocytes with helper and suppressor activity as compensatory mechanisms of immune system in response to action of factors of the chemical nature in oppression. In group of workers with a chronic berylliosis in comparison with group of almost healthy workers the reliable increase in CD4 of lymphocytes (49,00±8,23%), a tendency of increase in CD3 at decrease of subpopulations of T-lymphocytes with mainly suppressor activity of CD8(10,00±7,42 of % was noted) and numbers of natural killers of CD56 (33,00±8,86%), that is the suppression of a cell-like link of immunity caused by an immunogenicity of antigens was observed. In hemogramm the under maintenance of monocytes and lymphocytes (p ˂ 0,05) in comparison with group of almost healthy workers at some increase in eosinophils and segmented neutrophils (p ˂ 0,05) attracted attention. Beryllium intoxication shows generally two qualitatively various processes: toxic, leading to the alternate and destructive shifts in lungs, and immunopathological, formed later, in the form of the cell- like mediated reactions bringing to the considerable destructive and inflammatory (an immune inflammation) effects in lungs. In general, the course of beryllium intoxication depends on relationship of toxic and immunopathological factors, and mainly, on time of manifestation, depth, duration of immunopathological process which defines generally dynamics of intoxication and its outcome. E-mail: gazaliyeva@kgmu.kz Thus, at impact of compounds of beryllium at workers with a chronic berylliosis decrease in quantity of immunocompetent cages testifies to further depressing of the functional condition of the main populations of lymphocytes. For studying of immunologic indexes 98 workers of beryllium production were examined (71 persons the main, 27 people of control group). The first group - practically healthy workers who do not have evidence of the impact of environment factors - 23 (32.4%) of workers in beryllium production. The second group - the increased risk of respiratory pathology - the workers who work in a harmful environment factors, with work experience of more than 10 years and the symptoms is critical to operating hazards - 20 (28.2%). The third group - 28 (39,4%) patients, of whom 21 (29.6%) of a person established chronic bronchitis, 7 (9.9%) - chronic berylliosis. The control group consisted of 27 healthy workers from the plant, with no contact with harmful factors of production. To study the influence of beryllium compounds on the immune status of beryllium production workers.
