3 You will receive/reminders:  Grade 12 Registration form (Blue) Get sign off from teachers this week for core classes Turn in 1 st hour on March 3  Senior Worksheet (Blue)  Directions for PowerSchool course selection (White)  Course Guide available online  Homeroom Verification on Friday, March 11

4 Senior Year– Required Courses  Economics ( 1 credit ) or AP Microeconomics H ( 2 credits ) **If did not take Junior year.  US Government ( 1 credit ) or AP US Government & Politics H ( 2 credits ) ** If did not take Junior year. ** Must Pass Civics Exam  Personal Finance ( 1 credit ) ** If did not take Junior year.  H AP Lit & Comp (2 credits)* or  Literature Electives(2 credits)* * Several courses meet this requirement. If interested-fill out online application. 2. Plan to register for 1 or 2 semesters of online sections. 3. 11 Schedule Change Criteria  Choose your classes wisely!  No changes will be allowed.  Make sure you select 2 alternate courses.  Teacher & Lunch Requests will Not be granted.

12 Early Release Options  1 st Hr. Late Start/8 th Hr. Early Release  Mid-Term Graduation  SOE Year Long CTE Course 10 hours/week  Administrator Approval

13 Course Programming: Reminders  PowerSchool portal open 2/23-3/2  If you are requesting a study hall, you must select in portal as request but it will not count as a credit  Not all courses are offered each semester or each year. Read course guide carefully and plan ahead  All courses will need to meet a minimum enrollment to be offered. If you think you want a course in either semester next year, sign up now!  Be sure to sign up for both semesters of a year long course when selecting courses.  Know your prerequisites and how to read course guide.
