2 Slang How do words represent a period in time? What words/slang do you think represent the 2000’s? What will the words “sayings” we use today tell people in the future about this time period?

3 1920’s Slang In groups of 5-7 people you will create a skit using words from the 1920’s You will have the class period today to create your skit and then each group will perform in front of the class tomorrow. Based on your skit the class will have to figure out what the meaning of each term is….

Do you think that some women of this decade made real progress towards equality? Support your answer with examples.
