Lessons Learnt and Challenges Lessons Learnt MI go beyond male partners of the pregnant women to include community leaders For sustained BC cycle it is important to maintain zero stock outs of HIV supplies Challenges Hard to reach men; men in army in Rwanda; men away from home for fishing in Sauri Kenya Special groups; women with no long term partners; Sex workers in Mayange Rwanda Health workers capacity to provide comprehensive SRH services Stock out of essential supplies and hence breaking the behaviour change cycle- HTK in Tanzania
