Comments are due to EPA on June 26, 2015. July 1, 2015EPA announces the official start-up of the FY 16 APA negotiations. July 1, 2015If applicable, draft FY 16 grant applications are due to the EPA Administrative Project Officers (APOs). Aug 1, 2015If applicable, final (i.e., signed) FY 16 grant applications are due to EPA via www.grants.gov. www.grants.gov Aug 1, 2015SLAs’ responses to draft FY 16 APA commitments are due. Aug 1, 2015Annual certification of Quality Assurance (QA) Competency is due to EPA. Sep 30, 2015EPA and SLAs resolve any outstanding issues with FY 16 APA commitments.
