6 Loving People with Compassion: Grafted is a place where the motivation for sharing the good news is grounded in compassion for all people. “Compassion” is derived from two words that mean “with” and “suffering.” Compassion or “with-suffereing” drives us to open our homes, our lives, our mouths, and our hearts to others in order that three things result: 1. Others feel the love of God through us in a wonderful way 2. We never allow our hearts to become cold to the suffering of others 3. The compassion that Jesus showed us be made much of as we point others to it.

But if he does not cleanse himself on the third day and on the seventh day, he will not become clean. 13 Whoever touches a dead person, the body of anyone who has died, and does not cleanse himself, defiles the tabernacle of the Lord, and that person shall be cut off from Israel; because the water for impurity was not thrown on him, he shall be unclean. His uncleanness is still on him.
