2. It is summer. A group of children from Ramat Gan are going on sports camp in the Upper Galilee. All the kids are very excited.

3. The weather is hot. After putting up their tents the children jump into the Jordan river. They splash, swim and play with their group leaders (( מדריכים. At four o’clock they all go kayaking. They have a lot of fun!

4. In the evening the group is sitting around the fire. They are eating potatoes, corn and marshmallow. They are talking about the sports camp. They are looking at the weekly plan and every kid needs to choose one sports activity a day to become an ALL - STAR.

6. Shira and Ben are twin brother and sister. They are looking at the plan and don’t know what to choose. Shira is good at running. She has the school record for short track running. She also likes to play basketball and do gymnastics. She has long legs.

7. Ben is very strong. He is a swim champion. He goes swimming four times a week. He also likes to do karate. He has a healthy body and strong arms. Ben wants to play basketball on Sunday and he wants to go rafting on Thursday. On Friday he wants to do yoga. What can Ben do on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday? Help him!

11. On Friday afternoon, after a great week of sports and other fun activities the children take down their tents, pack their bags and get on the bus to Ramat Gan. Everybody is happy but tired. Shira and Ben are very excited. Ben and his team won a medal in basketball and Shira got two medals. One for cycling and one for swimming. They can’t wait to show their parents. The Galil Summer Camp was big fun! They want to come again next year.
