6. 2. Commissioning E.G’s Deliver a new model of Crisis Service in line with commissioning expectations & exploring options for co-location with police Establish an alternative safe place/place of safety for CYP in MH crisis, plus how to prevent & de-escalate crisis

7. 3. Pre-Crisis E.G. Establish a Glos link with the British Transport Police (BTP), involve them in prevention projects to tackle MH & suicidal prevention initiatives

9. 5. Quality of Care in Crisis E.G. Review of multi-agency S136 Policy, Procedure & Guidance following outcome of DH review of S135/136 & new MHA CoP - to include management/assessment of very intoxicated detainees

10. 6. Recovery E.G. Review frequent attendees in the GHT ED & repeat S136 detainees in order to build an understanding of the key characteristics of these groups including any overlaps between the 2 groups with the view to reducing the frequency of repeat ED & 136 people
