2 2 Administrative Points Collaboration Agreement  Signed by all partners, in force since end of July 2010  All partners should have received countersigned signature pages  Full copies can be requested from Guillaume Bénard Grant Agreement  After long delay, resolved IBBA issue between CNRS and EC  EC countersigned Grant Agreement 25 August 2010 Pre-financing  CNRS ready to distribute pre-financing to partners with Form A and Bank Info.  Waiting funds transfer from EC  Optimistically, partners should have money by end of September Partne r Form ABank Info. 3 3 Technical Points Sprints  Completed Sprints 0, 1, and 2 (see JIRA, indico)  Currently in Sprint 3, result will be content of first StratusLab release  Sprint 4: likely to be clean-up, documentation, packaging Attendance at EGI-TF  5 people attending (CNRS, GRNET, TCD, UCM)  3 specific StratusLab presentations, additional OpenNebula talks Demo Preparations for EGI-TF  Will have booth at EGI-TF, manned by StratusLab attendees  Open question about projector/screen  Preparation of posters/flyers next week  Will need quick turnaround on comments for that material

5 5 Points for Discussion Partner Participation  Generally good, worry about visibility of TID, UCM Hiring Issues  Need to ensure manpower is available for work plan Tighten Up Procedures  More rigorous testing, continuous integration procedures  Regular meetings of TSCG, more involvement in Sprint definitions Interactions between OpenNebula and StratusLab  Ensure consistent message between the two projects  Ensure close collaboration to avoid divergence of software Deliverable/Milestone Procedure (on agenda) Intellectual Property Decisions (on agenda)

9 9 Code Copyrights  Propose that only partner creating file appears in copyright statement  Propose also acknowledgement of StratusLab before copyright –“Created as part of the StratusLab project (http://stratuslab.eu)”  Each file needs to contain copyright and license statement License  Partner decides what license to use  Should be strong preference for Apache2 to allow coherent StratusLab distribution  If not Apache2 or compatible, need evaluation of how code will fit into StratusLab distribution without contaminating other code before development starts
