3 Enter data for each Grade Span tested:  County-district number – Must be entered for the CCF results to calculate  District name  Grade span grouping  3-digit Campus number  Campus name  For “Title I, Part A or Skipped” column - Y or blank for Non Title I  Campus enrollment- The date must be consistent across all grade span groups and all campuses. (does not have to be “snapshot”)

5 Comparability Computation Form Enter for each grade span grouping, the latest budgeted data:  Campus State and Local Expenditures (Test 1)  Campus Base Salaries for non-federal instructional staff (Test 2)  Campus non-federal instructional FTEs (Test 3)

6  Excel workbook contains 10 worksheets.  Enter data in a separate worksheet for each grade span being tested.  Use only the worksheets you need. Comparability Computation Form

12  Important: The LEA must choose one test and apply it successfully district-wide to prove Title I, Part A compliance. Test 1: Comparison of State and Local Expenditures per Pupil Test 2: Comparison of Per-Pupil Expenditures for State and Local Base Salaries Test 3: Comparison of Pupil/Non–Federally Funded Instructional Staff Ratio See example on next slide. 13 Grade-Span Grouping Configuration Identified by LEA Type of Campuses in the Grade-Span Grouping District-Wide Test Chosen Compliance must be shown for Elementary Schools (Large)Title I and Non–Title I33A Elementary Schools (Small)Title I Only33B Middle SchoolsTitle I and Non–Title I33A High SchoolsTitle I Only33B Example - the LEA chooses Test 3.
