6 Teaching & Learning using ICT Teaching and learning is becoming more learner- centered, interactive and mobile(Klimova, 2015) ICT is a powerful tool in presenting or representing information in many different ways that can make the class more interesting and lively. (Melor et al., 2009)

7 Learning Environment Frog VLE (Virtual Learning Environment). Learning management system adopted by the Malaysian government for government aided school. Social network for school. A web-based learning system that replicates real- world learning by integrating virtual equivalents of conventional concepts of education. (FrogAsia) 1BestariNet, a nationwide project carried out by Ministry of Education and YTL.
