Next Steps: Activities scheduled till ½FEBRUARY (1) PITS:  (A+B) Connection both pits’ drainage system towards pumping station in Pit B.  (B) Concreting slab and side wall for connection with Pit A. Completion by 2 nd half of January.  (A+B) Erection/Installation internal walls. Start after previous task. Concreting Pit A remaining part in parallel. All during February. (2) SLAB SYSTEM:  S3, S4 lower slab and drainage system to start 2 nd half of January.  East side trenches completion by end-January. 5. Final Consideration: CE planning still in line with the 9 weeks of delay announced in November for the WP1 activity. Planning has been reviewed given priority to the execution of the pits’ internal walls (critical path). Following re-organization of some tasks and possibility of several superimpositions with WP2, contractors estimate to potentially retrieve 3 weeks at most. Thus, CE Handover is shifted by 6 weeks (half-August 2016), according to the new planning. WP2 starts early in March. Work site situation normalized after defects reparation of the DWs complex. Coordination of the CE integration issues ongoing (e.g. 3D Catia model updating, ECR drafting/circulation, EL/CV services in the TG/Pumping station, etc..) will be finalized. Technical and on-site support to the MOE, coordination with CERN group, analysis/review of technical documents/drawings, weekly and monthly reports on-going.
