4. Share God’s love as a witness. Share: to divide and distribute in shares; apportion. to use, participate in, enjoy, receive, etc., jointly Witness: to be present at (an occurrence) as a formal witness, spectator, bystander. 3. to bear witness to; testify to; give or afford evidence of.

For just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function, 5 so in Christ we, though many, form one body, and each member belongs to all the others. 6 We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us. If your gift is prophesying, then prophesy in accordance with your faith; 7 if it is serving, then serve; if it is teaching, then teach; 8 if it is to encourage, then give encouragement; if it is giving, then give generously; if it is to lead, do it diligently; if it is to show mercy, do it cheerfully. Romans 12:4-8

8. Many times we ask ourselves, what is God’s will for my life, instead of asking how can my will align with His. We know that it is His will for us to share our faith so instead of asking is it your will lets ask: 1.Who 2.How 3.When

9. The 1 st step in practically sharing our faith is to ask the Holy Spirit WHO ? 1.PRAY! I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people 2 Timothy 2:1 2.It’s the Lord’s will that everyone hears the good news but like we saw before, as we work as a body it is our responsibility to share with those the Holy Spirit has singled out for us.

11. How? 1.Opportunities arise everyday. We need to be intentional to seize them. 2.In the context of where we live, work and play ask the Lord for entry points that deal with Gods character, mans sin, Gods provision, and the importance of our response.

12. When? Don’t be passive. Be intentional by invitation as well as spontaneous. Face to face is always the best, after all God is a relational God, but the invitation could be a text. a letter or a communication in passing to set up a section of time where you have the opportunity to get to the point. Also in the invite give them a heads up as to what you want to talk about.

13. Relate to people. We can relate by putting ourselves in their shoes. We can relate by making ourselves available, both as a physical resource or a spiritual one. Make a spiritual effort to listen. Being a positive witness involves sacrifice.
