LOCAL SYSTEM FOR PREVENTION OF YOUNG CHILD ABUSE Goal: To build a system of cooperation between local health care and social care services in the area of identifying and supporting voulnerable families with young children. Partners: City Hall Local Health Centres Local Welfare Centres Day nurseries Police Probation officers other NGOs
