I all the time used to think how the OT was written and wished to read Hebrew. Now I can read Hebrew! Thank God! Maniosa Yakasa, Wabag, Enga language

The Hebrew Bible has given me some first hand information on the difference in English Bible Versions. This course has made it possible to choose options in my language, whereas, when translating from English versions, words have slightly different meanings. Kiso Duri, Central, Sinaugoro language

Before when I was teaching at TTC, I didn’t have any clue about Hebrew. This course has really helped me understand some aspects of Hebrew verbs which will enable me to be helpful in my teaching. Nafian Saremo, Madang, Gwahatike language, advisor for Madi programme

English Bible is first party and Tok Pisin Bible is second party. So if I use the Hebrew Bible to translate my own Bible it will be very good. Wopa G. Eka, SHP, West Kewa language

This course has helped me to really see GOD’s love for mankind and how he behaves in human history - that he alone is to be worshipped throughout the world. Noel Diru, Madang, Gwahatike / Domung languages

This course has helped me by opening my mind and heart to appreciate the Old Testament Scriptures with a deeper understanding. Pray that I will make wise application of Biblical Hebrew in my mentoring, advising, and consulting roles in the months ahead and grow in my reading and understanding more and more of Hebrew with God’s grace Ainde Wainzo, Morobe, Angaataha language and translation consultant

Since the course in 2008, every day I read two verses in Hebrew and memorise two words. After one week that’s ten verses and memorising ten–thirteen words. The course has helped me to write the Imbongu Bible Dictionary and carry out Bible Translation. Tande Tumbo, SHP, Imbo-ungu language, and Hebrew teaching assistant

I learned from the course that some passages and things from HEBREW bible are a bit different from English Bible translations. I feel much challenged and confident that now onwards most of our translations will be done straight from HEBREW to Guhu-Samane language. Titus Gamuze, Morobe, Guhu-Samane language
