4 An ELEMENT is an Item that has similar atoms, for example an iron tripod, which is made of only iron, the atoms are all Iron, no other atoms are in it, that are not iron.

5 A compound are different kinds of atoms that are bonded/attached together. Example: Glucose/sugar, Sodium Chloride/ table salt.

6 A mixture is are compounds bonded together mixed with elements that are left alone or it could be different elements that aren’t attached together.

7 The periodic table is a table table showing elements and which are separated in three parts. The metals, the semi-metals, The non-metals.

8 Salt: Sodium (Na) Chlorine (Ch). Rubber: Hydrogen, Oxygen, Sulfur, Carbon, sometimes chlorine. Plastic: Nitrogen, oxygen, sulfur, carbon, chlorine, and Hydrogen. Carbon Dioxide: Carbon, Oxygen.

9 AIR: Nitrogen, carbon dioxide, oxygen, noble gases ( helium, neon, argon, krypton, xenon, radon). Salt water: Chlorine, Sodium, Carbon, Hydrogen.
