3 Business Model 1.What ECI do: - Share FX investment strategy to customer. Customer deposit money to Broker(HotForex) provided and ECI will invest via Broker by giving investment instruction (PAMM). All Money will be hold in Broker under customers’ own name. ECI will collect management and performance fee from customer.

4 Business Model 2. ECI divided into 2 parts a.Business Development team b.Trading and Operation

5 Business Model a.Business Development team -Find out potential channels to acquire end customer -Educate potential channels to ensure they understand the services provided by ECI

6 Business Model b.Trading and Operation -Responsible for trading in FX in order to gain return for customer investment -Handling customer data, deposit/withdrawal instruction and channel enquiry

7 Business Model 3. Relationship with Customers -Share investment strategies with customers -Limited Power of Attorney -ECI provides investment intructions to broker -Money will be hold in Customer individual accounts in brokers -Deposit / withdrawal directly to/from broker, ECI will not handle customer money. -ECI will collect performance fee (via system) and management fee (direct) from customers. -ECI will allocate money among different accounts (different strategies)

Relationship with Channels -Channels will introduce our services to their clients (i.e. customer) -Channels will deal with customer enquiry -Channels will require review their investment at least once annually -ECI will provide 2% (Total investment amount) referral fee to Channels

Relationship with broker -As an Agent of broker (HF) -ECI will hold an investment account in (broker) in PAMM -PAMM is a tool to gather all customer investment amount and follow PAMM Fund Manager account investment strategies (ECI). -Performance fee or penalty fee will be collected via PAMM. -Broker will provide commission to ECI for all trading volume

11 Legal Documents Required 1. Commercial Contract (Account opening form) Management fee Collect annually 5%, non-refundable. Performance fee See below table Allocation of fund: Risky level: High/ Medium High/ Medium Low/ Low We will not be responsible for all market fluctuation and technical fault If there is any fault related to negligence of Brokers, we will trace the Brokers on behalf of customer, but not guarantee that brokers will response. 2 years redemption period (Prevent Money Laundry) – First year extra 5% – Second year extra 2.5% – No charge for 2 years onward Wiring Charge/deposit will be responsible by customer

12 Legal Documents Required 2. Channels Contract Referral fee 2% annually Channels will provide customer services to end user, including enquiry, fund collection. We will provide support in order to resolve any problem incurred. Follow Renewal process to review the investment with end user at least once a year.
