Shoes must be flat and close toes. No crocs. To protect you from bodily fluids and needles/sharps Jewelry-must be kept at a minimum or non at all. Could injure yourself, the patient, and harbors microbes/germs Hair needs to be back and clean Make-up needs to be professional/minimum Nails no fake nails, no chipped nail polish, short cut clean nails
