3 MissionMission The law of consumers rights preserves consumer’s health, safety and economy.

4 The Defective Products If the item the consumer has bought breaks down within the warranty period, the seller must fix that item without getting money.

5 If there is economic and legal lack of somethings in the packaging, in the label, in the manual, this item is called defective.

6 User Manual The consumer needs the manual for the use of the item that he has bought for he product very first time in case there is a dangerous situtation.

7 Training of The Consumer Curriculum of educational institutions in the training of the consumer is arranged by making necessary additions.

8 Radio, TV and media play an important role to raise the awareness of the consumer.

14 ConclusionConclusion It is possible to come to conclusion in our country that: The activities for preserving the consumer aren’t enough The research of the last deacade should be tought on two steps, official arrangements and giving consciousness to the consumers are needed.

15 The official arrangement for preserving the consumers and the studies for giving consciousness to the consumers are unbalanced. Externel effects have a great role on the decision for purchasing a product. Press and televisions are the most important units for arousing the consciousness of the consumers.

16 The consumers reactions about the problem they live while purchasing are different for each situations. The importance of the studies on preserving the consumers weren’t understood enough and they aren’t appreciated. The great amount of the consumers don’t have information on their rights.

17 Finally;Finally; To sum up, in our country consumers don’t aware of their right as consumers; the activities of official and organized studies for preserving and giving conciousness to the consumers should be increased. It is clear that the effects of all of the enterprises will be limited in case of not to improve the consumers rights.
