2 NASA Space Apps Challenge 2016 | EARTH LIVE – Aqua Alert | Sofia – Noordwijk – Brisbane | 24 April, 2016 | Page 2 REQUIREMENTS Web tool, mobile device app or add-on for existing apps or websites that leverages NASA imagery and climate data to illustrate the impacts of our changing Earth in areas of interest to you Upload images or other data points demonstrating visible observations and how they compare to satellite data. Including following NASA websites : GIBS, EONET, GPM, ClimateServ, MODIS Improved decisions for, issues related to agriculture and water availability.

3 NASA Space Apps Challenge 2016 | EARTH LIVE – Aqua Alert | Sofia – Noordwijk – Brisbane | 24 April, 2016 | Page 3 THE CHALLENGE WE FACE Lack of fast and reliable early warning system that is easily and quickly available to whole population, based on data that is accurate, precise and subjected to rigorous quality control. WHY WATER? Agriculture People and assets safety Health Environment Life

4 NASA Space Apps Challenge 2016 | EARTH LIVE – Aqua Alert | Sofia – Noordwijk – Brisbane | 24 April, 2016 | Page 4 OUR SOLUTION – AQUA ALERT We believe that the only reliable way for collecting data on Earth about climate and disaster prevention are: Earthy and Satellite systems in combination.

DATA BASE will predict realistic prognosis. If there is a risk will send : will send data to the local Data Base servers

11 NASA Space Apps Challenge 2016 | EARTH LIVE – Aqua Alert | Sofia – Noordwijk – Brisbane | 24 April, 2016 | Page 11 THE IMPORTANCE information accessible to anyone with mobile phone data base can be further developed for new sources of information new applications based on predictions from data base more accurate - sensors + data from satellite cheaper in long term
