2 AD FOR SIMP FORSIMPAD is a research action project which suggests passing from a research field to a field of practices! If the search in professional Didactics produced some knowledge, the role of the team FORSIMPAD project is to produce an Action connected to this field of Knowledge. From THE THEORY to THE PRACTICE

3 AD FOR SIMP The professional didactics has for object the job analysis with the aim of training and of development of the competence:  Process of action  Implicit knowledge FROM THE THEORY TO THE PRACTICE

4 AD FOR SIMP. The engineering of training - The analysis of the needs of training. The psychology of the work and the ergonomics - The job analysis. The psychology of the development - the cognitive development. The didactics of the disciplines - The analysis of the apprenticeship A SEARCH ACTION WHICH DEALS WITH

6 AD FOR SIMP The innovation for FORSIMPAD consists in conceiving pragmatic tools to allow the trainers to identify, to capitalize and to facilitate the transfer of the Knowledges, Know-how and the implicit capacities which the individuals develop in working situation in companies. The expected innovation
