4 What does accountability mean to you?

5 Personal Accountability is the willingness to accept responsibility for the outcomes and results expected of you: an obligation to account for your actions. It means that you answer to someone and that you are able to EXPLAIN your actions.

6 Accountable staff members ask for help BEFORE a crisis occurs. Accountable staff members take responsibility for projects and problems within their areas of responsibility.
