3 Primary Instructional Tasks Train new referees Grade 8 and 9 Train new indoor Grade 8 Train new futsal Grade 8 Train new assignors Train new assessors Train new instructors Conduct annual recert training Conduct monthly in-service training

4 Training All courses are face to face ONLY currently NO online courses used At present, nothing has convinced us that online courses are as effective, or more so, than face to face instruction. Current online tools being used in Mo. online testing online registration and re-registration online clinic registration

5 New Referees Grade 9 – 8 hour course (less than 2%) to upgrade, take bridge or full grade 8 Grade 8 – 16 hours all in classroom/field (if they’ve already passed grade 8) Indoor – 8 hour course* Futsal – 6 hour course*

6 Existing Referees Grade 9 re-register online directly with USSF all fees collected through USSF pass online recert exam (50 Q) costs to state = $1 per completed exam attend a 3 hour recert clinic in person, if proof of both above provided, get new badge. For annual re-registration

7 Existing Referees Grade 8 re-register online directly with USSF all fees collected through USSF pass online recert exam (100 Q) costs state $1 per completed exam attend a 3 hour recert clinic in person if proof of above provided, get new badge. For annual re-registration

8 Existing Referees Grade 7, 6, 5 re-register online directly with USSF  all fees collected through USSF pass online recert exam for their grade pass annual assessment pass physical testing attend a 3 hour recert clinic, if proof of above provided/available, get new badge. For annual re-registration

9 New Referees Grade 9 or 8 advanced registration online mandatory through our own internal website. All fees collected through paypal online. All fees transferred directly online from paypal site to MRDP account USSF is sent registration transmittal and pulls funds directly from same account Data is only handled electronically

10 Instructional Tools/Options MRDP maintains an open web site through our homepage with all past and current position papers, videos and relevant or referenced USSF materials. http://mrdp.org/public_html/papers/ Monthly in-services within each district

11 Instructional Tools/Options All entry course syllabus are power point includes USSF videos if available All recert syllabus are power point includes USSF videos if available Recert topics are set at SRC meeting with input of all committee components All syllabus are then uploaded to our “secure” instructional site for download by assigned instructors.
